Brochure Quality Printouts

Your listings are brochure quality. Interested renters can print them out out along with a map showing where your property is. You can also give one to a prospective tenant at a showing if they haven't already printed it out themselves.

Management Tools in Your Dashboard

You will have Internet access to your own password protected dashboard. You can add or change the information for your rental listings at any time. If you send us your lease application, we can put it online with your listings so that prospective renters can download it.

Once your property has been rented, login to your dashboard and set the status of your rental to "Rented" so that it will not be viewed on our website. This will eliminate unnecessary calls on that property. Your listing remains in your dashboard. When a vacancy occurs, you just reset your rental to "Available" to make it active again. We recommend that you check your price and information before you activate a listing.


This report helps you determine the price range for similar rental property in neighborhoods of Billings and surrounding areas, and is available in your dashboard. You will see how many properties you are competing with in your area and in what price range. RentCheck displays all properties that have been listed in your area during the time period you specify. Add a Listing

A long form will appear that allows you to add as much information about your property as you like. The more information you give, the less questions you should have to answer. Only the information you fill in will appear on your listing. The required fields are: Listing Title, Address information, Bedroom, Bathrooms, Type of Rental, Furnished/Unfurnished, Price, Low Income Accepted (yes or no), Security Deposit, and Pet Options. When you click the submit button, your listing becomes available to everyone viewing our listings.

Edit My Listings

Once you have added your listing in your dashboard, you can edit your listing. On the left of your screen you will see a link that says, "Add / Edit Images." Click on that link to add/edit your digital pictures. You can update your listing information anytime you like. Updates are immediate once you click the "Update" button.

Edit My Account

You can change your contact information or password at any time. The contact information you enter in your account will show on every listing you activate in your dashboard. You can choose whether or not you want prospective tenants to be able to contact you using our web safe e-mail form. Your e-mail address is not exposed. However, if you reply to a tenant that has a virus on their computer, your e-mail address can be harvested by spammers.

Marketing Summary

The Marketing Summary shows you an overview of your available units. The list shows you how many times each listing has been viewed, how many pictures you have for each listing, whether it is currently featured on our front page, and your rental price. The list also shows the date each listing was activated so you can see how long it has been on the market. The list is sorted by the start date of each listing which means the listings that have been on the market the longest will show at the top. This is a powerful tool that helps you evaluate your marketing performance.

Billing Summary

We show all listings that have been activated in your dashboardfor the current month. We show the date you activated each listing and the date it was deactivated. We send you a copy of your summary along with an invoice at the end of each month when you have activity. We also give you a summary by month of your expenditures throughout the current year to help you keep track of your advertising expenses.

Vacancy List

You can print out your current vacancy list for prospective tenants, or email a link to your vacancy so prospective tenants can view and print your vacancy list from anywhere in the country. You can also email links to individual listings to your prospective tenants.
